2. Course Enrollment and Payments

Enrollment Process

• Course enrollment is subject to availability and approval
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Course schedules may be subject to change with reasonable notice

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before course commencement unless payment plan arranged
• All fees are non-refundable after course commencement
• Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund available up to 14 days before course start date
• 50% refund available up to 7 days before course start date
• No refunds after course commencement
• Refunds processed within 14-21 business days

4. Student Responsibilities

• Attend classes regularly and participate actively
• Complete assignments and projects as required
• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Use course materials for educational purposes only
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary course content

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Video lectures and presentations
• Written materials and assignments
• Software and code examples
• Assessment materials

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism
• Report any concerns or conflicts promptly
• Follow all safety and security guidelines

7. Limitation of Liability

FAT BROZ LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or global pandemics.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
